Summary

Construction Project Management with strong field management and cost management experience. I have the ability to direct a team of field engineers in all aspects of construction, including quality assurance and all other project administration. Managed and completed custom homes, cliff-side construction, retaining walls, restaurants and multi-family units. Oversee and inspect all on-site projects and construction activities, ensuring schedule completions according to engineering design, and approved plans. Coordinate between field designers and clients by obtaining approvals and permits. Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices and identify points at which contractual obligations have been met.

• Supervised general labor, concrete, framing, drywall while monitoring electrical and plumbing

and HVAC trades.

• Managed daily completion schedules and trade coordination.

• Maintain a safe jobsite ensuring compliance by all subcontractors.

• Site mobilization and on-site office set up.

• Schedule all site activities; manage all site subcontractors including surveyors, excavation and

shoring trades, foundations/shotcrete/ podium slab construction, framing and all other shell

trades including finish trades.

• Schedule and monitor all city inspections.

• Maintain as required: RFIs, field developed and Architect developed SKs and all job fields.

• Generate sketches as required to communicate site conditions to the appropriate parties.

• Identify details within the construction drawings and be able to work through mutually acceptable

solutions.

• Coordinate site meetings with trades, Architect, Engineer, and/or consultants.
