I have extensive experience with maintenance/project planning, and at

establishing and qualifying vendors for maintenance and project support, as

well as analyzing and working with production and process management to

help improve process and production efficiencies.

I have 20 plus years of maintenance and process improvement experience.

I have a comprehensive back ground in project scope and project planning

experience; this includes budget management and project planning and

scheduling.

I take a high degree of personnel pride in helping to establish, strong and

competent team orientated maintenance groups, it has always been my

personnel drive to establish Predictive maintenance plans and to establish

budgets that reflect predictive maintenance.

It has always been my personal approach that when Maintenance has completed

a job or project it will:

1- Look as if no one was there, it just run's a lot better

2- It cost exactly what was in the budget

3- It was done in the scheduled amount of time and there was no

interruption to the process or to production schedules

I have a very extensive collection of hand and power tools to facilitate

and demonstrate the above mentioned skills
