It manufactures AC Motors, Cooler Motors and Food Processors .It supplies motors to international customers and also for Indian branded companies like Carrier, Kenstar, Videocon, Alessa etc. It is having a strong R&D Centre to design the motors according to the customer requirement.

Responsibilities:

Creating Users based on Ticketing Tool.

Resolve user requests as prioritized in a timely manner.

Creating and assigning Roles/ profiles to Users using PFCG.

Creating User groups and assigning the users to group.

Addition, Removal of Transaction Codes, authorizations, authorization objects by modifying existing roles based upon change request.

Assigning and maintaining Authorization groups.

Responsibilities:

Administered users, roles and authorizations using transactions SU01, PFCG.

Adding the roles, profiles to users upon business requirements.

Analyzed and resolved authorization issues using SU53, ST01

Used the tool SUIM extensively to create reports on users and roles, to do a comparison between roles, to check change record history of roles and users.

Resolved Audit issues of removing Critical authorizations, Profiles form users, restrict sensitive Table display/ update access in Production, and Restrict access to business or system sensitive Transactions.

Transported roles i.e. single and mass between clients on a particular system and across systems from Development, Q/A to Production.
