Project Description:

SAP Operations Team (SAPOPs) is a Global Support Team, a part of GSM (GSM is part of ISI organization responsible for support of globally used application systems). Our team provides Level 3 support for MARS IS, a leading manufacturer of food products, like Mars chocolates, Pedigree, etc.

Major activities include Security – Users and Roles administration; Transport management; Background Job Scheduling; Printer Setups; OSS Connections and Authorizations.

We provide 24 X 5 support globally to all 3 regions of MARS – Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, and Asia), Europe and America. Also provide weekend support for special activities like Outages & Productionizing

Responsibilities:

• User Administration via CUA –

User Setup/Modifications (R/3, BW, VIRSA Firefighters, OSS IDs, Ebuy, RevTrac), Lock/Unlock, Deletion, Password change, Validity Extension, Mass Changes with SCAT and SECATT, Text Comparison from Child Systems. User Information Reports

• Role Administration –

Role Setup/Modification (Template roles from VIRSA ROLE EXPERT; Derived, Composite, Mass Changes using SECATT, Authorization management and investigations, Transport of roles.

• VIRSA Activities

VIRSA Firefighter Concept and setup, Mapping of Firefighter and Firefight IDs, Checking SOD conflicts, Updating Mitigation Controls via Compliance Calibrator, Checking and Generating roles into PFCG from Role Expert

• Transport Management via Rev Trac

Monitoring, Scheduling, Reimporting, Requeueing and Troubleshooting Transports

• REV TRAC Administration

Rev Trac User management; Activating/Reactivating Systems in Rev Trac, Putting Systems on Hold, Getting information about automated routes and scheduling other routes.

Release Activities – Monitoring and Moving of several Transports from Development through Productions systems via Rev Trac.

Monthly Productionizing Activity – Scheduling specific Transports to R/3, BW, APO Ebuy Production systems via Rev Trac.

• MAESTRO Activities

Scheduling Jobs, Jobstreams, Defining dependencies, Creating/modifying Calendars, Resources; Plan Filters, Submitting/Cancelling a Job, Troubleshooting, Start/Stop during Outages.

• OSS

OSS ID users and authorization management;

Opening OSS Connection to the systems.

• Printer Setup/Deletion/Modifications.

• Opening of Systems for customization.

• Monthly Reports on Performance Metrics for Production systems and Security Audit logs.

• 90 Days User Lock/Deletion Activity.
