• Provided Second level support to identify , investigate severe issues and resolve them within a limited time frame in other to reduce the rate of down Time and improve KPI

I worked with Various Units in Planning, Implementing, Commissioning of Transmission, and RNC & RBS Nodes. Involves in Expansion; Software and Hardware Upgrade on the Mini-link, OMS, ATM to IP migration; Supports Core/Design, Back office team to ensure stability and integrity of the Network.

• Responsible for connectivity and testing of STM-1’s from RNC, RXI, BSC,MGW towards the Access Hub site

• Responsible for planning, shifting Hub sites with more than 40 STM-1’s connectivity with minimum downtime

• Responsible for STM-1 capacity upgrade of RNC and RXI by adding ET-MC41, ET-MF4 and ET-MFX boards and testing the STM-1

• Perform E1/STM-1 routing, IMA routing

• Supporting other the Field Engineers in troubleshooting faults of E1, STM-1, Ethernet Packet links

• Load IP scripts, Migrate sites from ATM to IP (RBS6000 and 3000 series).
