Served as a Global SAP Security Developer in FI/CO areas. Modeling and building the security access in the SAP ERP modules to enable users to get access to the necessary data and processes. In this area I got perfect grade (8) in audit and I kept the accesses with zero conflicts.
BW Databases. I managed the security for BW access, enabling web based users to get cross control security when it came to high level reporting. Implemented reporting tools based on Business Warehouse databases such as SRAP Gadget for Procter and Gamble. Also provided security support for the tool users.
Experienced in various SAP Modules (MSA, SRAP, Storeroom, Cost Accounting, Affiliates, GL) including interfaces in between SAP and third party systems.
Global Product Manager for SAP accounting tools
Owning more than one hundred ABAP programs, interfaces and web solutions, as product manager I got to be on top of the day to day issues. My job consists of translating the business processes into technical language and vice versa, so financial and IT can understand each other the best way possible, obtaining the best results for the company. My job involves being in touch with the business customer with non technical knowledge that need new and efficient IT solutions for their daily work. Then, with all the gathered information I proceed to model and propose a solution, then, start the technical stage, where the development, testing and go live stages take place.
I have successfully implemented more than 30 SAP ERP Solutions and support more than a hundred including interfaces and third party solutions.
Knowledge in third party solutions for SAP tools. There are some external business partners that do not have SAP as their main system. I have maintained and fixed interfaces that involve SAP and a third party software, such as AS2, Siebel and the Accenture systems.
Participated in Gillette merge for Procter and Gamble as part of the SAP security team and from the financial implementation area building reporting tools that include the new Gillette accounting.
Participated in the total Re-Design of SAP for Procter and Gamble as a security architect. I delivered the security of 5 plants and 1 financial site from scratch in record time.
I do provide trainings for both financial technical areas and security.
I have Project Management skills. All the projects need to be planned organized following the project management guidelines, being in several implementations has given me broad vision to understand and see with clarity all the stages involved.
Experience on Network Organizational Management. Dealing with third partners in projects, including HP, ATOS Origin and L&T.
Manage third partner resources such as programmers and developers in projects and daily work.
