Undergone Six months On Job Training in Jet Airways India (Ltd), Mumbai, on Aircraft Boeing 737-700/800/900 fitted with Engine CFM56-7B, from 11Feb’08 till 11Aug’08.

During The Training period in Base Maintenance Department, Jet Airways India(Ltd)Mumbai, I gained experience in:-

1. Phase 10,Phase 20,Phase 30, Phase 40 andPhase 60 Checks on Electrical, Instrument and Radio system of new Generation Boeing 737-700/800/900 fitted with CFM 56-7B engines, during which I assisted in:-

a) Ignition Lead change.

b) Static and Pitot Probe leak check.

c) DFDR Dumping.

d) Replacement of Flight Crew Oxygen Bottle.

e) Bonding test.

f) Bonding Jumper change.

g) Logo light change.

h) Oven change.

i) Cockpit cleaning.

j) Battery change.

k) C.B. Recycling.

2. Various modifications carried out on Jet Airways fleet :-

a) Assisted in carrying out Modification of the Oxygen Activation Mechanism within the Passenger Service Unit.

b) Assisted in installation of Cockpit Door Surveillance System.

c) Assisted in carrying out Wing Center Tank Wire Bundle Installation change.

d) Assisted in carrying out Pilot Probe Bonding Inspection & Ground Plate Installation.

e) Assisted in carrying out Engine Fuel Shutoff Valve Wire & Conduit Assembly Replacement.

f) Assisted in carrying out Center Tank Boost Pump Auto Shutoff & Master Caution Logic change.

g) Assisted in carrying out Center Fuel Tank, Fuel Pump Power Failed on Protection System (Un-commanded Pump On)Relay installation.

h) Assisted in carrying out Ground Fault Interrupt Relay(GFI)installation.
