First Sergeant: (08/2004 – 07/2006) –
Held responsibility for the health and accountability of 60 wounded service members across the United States. Participated in data compilation, disbursement, and formal enrollment of these individuals in the Veterans Affairs system. Guided them through the transition from military to civilian life. Provided counseling for their families and friends, educating them on how to assist soldiers with the challenges posed by re-entry into daily living.
Operation Non-Commissioned Officer: (08/2002 – 08/2004)
Drove Europe Power Projection and NATO Contingency Rehearsal Training Exercise Programs. Managed the administration of planning conferences, and partnered in the preparation, deployment, employment, and redeployment phases of numerous USAREUR exercises. Led the coordination for life support, security and operational functions during the exercise periods in support of 500 to 3K military personnel, 3 to 6 times annually. Oversaw the rental of 40 rental vehicles, 20 cell phones and 40 fuel credit cards in Israel, and coordinated the transfer of monies to the government of Israel in excess of $20 million. Negotiated supply costs between the US Embassy in Tel Aviv and the Israeli government.
Platoon Sergeant and Squad Leader: (08/1992 – 08/2002) –
Led an 11 man squad attached to a 60 sixty man platoon. Provided Instruction, observation, control and analysis to provide feedback to Light Infantry, Airborne, Air Assault, and Ranger squads and platoons conducting jungle warfare training at the Jungle Operations Training Center. Prepared and conducted squad and platoon after actions reviews, and facilitated force on force operations, Airborne Operations, Waterborne Operations. Provided oversight for ammunition and supplies worth $500K+. Exercised training, discipline, physical conditioning and leadership while providing for the overall welfare of 55 infantry soldiers undergoing a 14 week program of One Station Unit training. Indoctrinated 220 soldiers annually. Set and maintained leadership and training standards for the platoon.

Commanded a 5 man fire team in combat during Operation Just Cause in Panama.
