SNF Inc./Floquip Equipment Leader Designer September 2005 - June 2009

Directed design department and assist engineers in the developing new equipment for SNF clients. Performed designs include various expansions and new projects at facilities in USA and overseas based on SNF’s specifications and process. Provided designs included GA, PFD, P&ID, instrument location and cable routing plans, electrical Loop sheets, civil / structural, mechanical and piping.

Intercat Chemical Inc. /Intercat Equipment Process engineer/Senior Designer July 2003 - September 2005

Provided engineering designs include various expansion projects at facilities in USA as well as new facilities’ lay out at overseas (India & China) based on Intercat’s specifications and process. Provided designs included GA, PFD, P&ID, instrument location and cable routing plans, electrical Loop sheets, civil / structural, mechanical and piping. Provided designs of equipment with pressure vessels and piping based on ASME and Europe PED certifications.

Assist engineers in the creation of STAAD finite element 3D models. Perform routine structural calculations under the direction of the P.E. structural engineer.
