Description of the project:

TTP Flight Management (TTP-FM) – concerned with designing, testing and implementing a replacement for the existing TPF based Flight Management functionality implemented as part of Classic DCS (cDCS). The Flight Management (FM) solution will remain on a two tier architecture but will migrate to a new platform. Altea Inventory is already live and is integral to the FM solution

TTP Impacted Apps – specifically with testing and implementing any changes to applications which are impacted by FM to ensure the removal of all dependencies on cDCS Weight and Balance and on the TPF infrastructure. It will also ensure business continuity for all applications in scope so that, when BA migrates to the Altéa Flight Management product as part of the Travel Programme, there is no loss of data, functionality or networks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles: Team Leader for a group for 5 members(2 at onsite and 3 at offshore)

Additional Roles : Functional & Domain Consultant, Configuration and Release Management

Responsibilities:

Involved in Project and resource planning

Ensure complete understanding of the Requirements required through Requirements understanding meeting with Business people i.e. the client

Description of the project:

DU is the service brand of EITC, the new telecommunication services provider in the UAE. EITC is preparing to enter the telecommunications sector in the second half 2006. They will be an integrated service provider offering voice, data, video, and content services over fixed and mobile networks to residential and corporate customers.

System Integration Testing involves end-to-end testing of all Business Support Systems (BSS) like Billing System(BSCS), CRM(Siebel), Collection Management System(ICS), DWH, EAI(TIBCO), ERP(Oracle), eDMS, Fraud Management System(Subex ranger), GIS(Network Engineer), Payment Gateway(miPay), POS(Wincash), Portal(Oracle portal), Intranet, eServ(IN) etc with Operations Support Systems(OSS) like Fulfillment(HPSA, Netcracker), Mediation(HPIUM, INTEC, Interconnect) for Mobile(GSM), Fixed Line(ISDN) and Carrier Select(ISDN).
