Description

Caterpillar is largest manufacturer of drilling & mining, diesel and natural gas engines, and industrial gas turbines. Caterpillar delivers products, services and technologies in three principal lines of business: Machinery, Engines and Financial Products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Studied existing Business processes to analyze and design the To Be processes in SAP in a very complex environment (B to B and B to C) involving various external Business partners (Wholesale/Direct sale and Retail)

• Worked with Business Process Experts to understand the business requirements and conducted BRD review sessions with business.

• Prepared design documents and conducted design sessions with IT teams and Business teams.

• Prepared detailed level functional specs for changes in User exits and O/P’s

• Configured partner profiles, set up logical destinations to set ALE integrations between R3 and ECC systems.
