The Melting Pot, Providence, Rhode Island, 2008 – Site Superintendent for 5,100 square feet (SF), fit out / inside existing retail mall. Inherited project management one month prior to store opening, addressing all problems and issues and completing it on-time.
The Melting Pot, Boston, Massachusetts, 2008 – Site Superintendent for 6100 SF remodel of tenant space within The Boston Park Plaza Hotel, member of Historic Hotels of America. Space was converted to restaurant from pharmacy, travel agency, and portion of basement.
Tinaco Plaza, North Stonington, Connecticut, 2006-2008 - 23,000 SF new complex constructed from ground-up including visitors center, two fast food restaurants, 24-hour diner, convenience store, gas and diesel islands, trucker facilities, and idle free parking area for 116 tractor/trailers.
Bennigan's, Houston, Texas, 2004 – Site Superintendent for 7,000 SF total remodel of store damaged extensively by massive fire. Project located on 4th floor of a downtown mall.
Maggiano's, Centennial Colorado, 2002 - 19,000 SF new construction project, which was behind schedule when inherited from previous superintendent. Directed project completion, addressing all issues and concerns and opening restaurant on schedule.
