JOB PROFILE

Direct Report to GM on daily basis and assisted him to day-to-day operation.

Looking the entire operation of the department & attending the HODs meeting.

Check staff grooming, placement, duty roaster and attendance etc daily.

Inspect VIPs rooms, public area, turndown service, back of the house and other area of the hotel daily.

Check Store receiving, housekeeping inventory, requisition and records.

Checking maintenances, project work & making snagging list and report to GM.

Ensure that all cleaning schedules and day-to-day assigned jobs are done.

Brief & Assign duties to supervisor, Interview, hire and taking training classes of staff.

Recommend performance, resolve problems, and recommend discipline and termination when appropriate.

Deep knowledge of all H.K chemicals, machines & all floor cristalization.

Good knowledge of making monthly H.K budget.

Handling 15 to 20 staff members & 2 supervisors.

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

Good knowledge of OPERA, IDS, MS- Office and Internet.
