• Create and maintain Scheduling Procedures and Guidelines

• Integrate Multiple Vendor Schedules into a master schedule

• Create Schedules from Estimates and Conceptual Drawings up to Completed Design through Construction and Start-up

• Schedule Maintenance Duties – Activity Updates, Layouts, Filters, Resources, Imports, Exports, Backups, User Access Rights and Coding Dictionaries

• Create Schedule Reports – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Status Update, What If, Variance, Resource Historgrams, Gant Charts, Pert Charts, Earned Value …

• Schedule Analysis – CPM, Activity Variances, Work Constructability, Space Coordination, Resource Leveling/Forcasting, SPI, CPI and Earned Value

• Chair Meeting with Client, Sub-Contractors, Foreman and Superintendents

• Field Walk Downs and Quantity Tracking

• Create Presentations – Everything from Wall Posters with graphics and charts to a web meetings on a Smart Board
