Administrative & Management Services
• Monitor, evaluate, forecast and prepare annual budgets for the FAS offices in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Haiti approved by the Agricultural Attaché and headquarters. The annual Strategy and Marketing Plan budget valued at $45,000 and the General Authorization Budget for the region totaling $700,000.
• Manage the office Micro Purchase Credit Card account with a US$50,000.00 balance to include a US$10,000 monthly limit for utilities, local purchases, on-line purchases, and a petty cash account with a US$3,000 a month limit on local purchases.
• Work independently and directly with the Budget Analyst in headquarters to resolve administrative and budget issues.
• Compile data to forecast and report increased expenditures in all budget areas.
• Draft correspondence for the Foreign Service Officer; prepare other interagency correspondence materials.
• Regional logistics management and account reconciliation with authorized suppliers.
• Prepare yearly Post Management Report to ensure offices will be allocated proper funding and prepare monthly expenditure reports for headquarters, per mandate.

Program Evaluation
• Assisted in the office evaluation of transport of non-enterable food items to the U.S. this resulted in the purchase of equipment that increased interceptions ten-fold.

Representation with Local and Overseas Contractors
