Presently working in LAXDHUB GROUP as “BTS Engineer” from June 2009 to till date.

Commissioning & maintenance of one cluster NEC Transmission equipment.
Software up gradation for transmission Equipment.
Troubleshooting & rectification of alarms in BTS.
Troubleshooting & rectification of all Transmission Equipment in Network.
BTS installation (indoor & outdoor) and it’s O & M (troubleshooting, fault rectification).
Planning for all night and day activity in network element.

Troubleshooting the problems arising in the network.
TRX(EDTRU) & TMA Addition as per requirement of sites before target date .
All CI alarm and Trx block absorb and remove before target date.
Ability to manage team, collection of data and preparation of reports.
Site Monitoring and CI alarm handling of one cluster.
Operation & maintenance of network element.
Commissioning and Installation of GSM Antenna.
Installation and proper routing of feeder with clamps.
VSWR testing of feeder cable and rectify.
Troubleshooting the problems arising in the network.
Cabinet Expansion (Indoor, Outdoor) and Sector addition as per requirement of sites.
Microwave commissioning and alignment.
Commissioning and Installation of BTS.
Coordinate with Operation and Maintenance Engineer.
Software &Tool Skills:
PNMT for access NEC Equipment in network.
VSWR Meter, Earth meagure, Power Meter, Magnet set, Andrew Cutter, Multimeter.
Professional Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering (computer science & Engineering) from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Chikhli (MS) completed in May 09 with first division.
Additional course :
Completed CCNA course from NIIT.(CERTIFIED ,CISCO ID : CSCO11704597)
