Data discovery project
This project involved analyzing the subset of data from the ERP system. This ERP system is hosted by the vendor/partner at client site and is based on a proprietary database that the vendor uses for ERP. This project involved creation of a data model based on the analysis of the data that was available from the ERP system. This data analysis exercise allowed client to plan for an Enterprise Data Warehouse roadmap with the help of GNet Group’s Agile BI methodology.
Performance tuning and analysis
This project aimed at analyzing the existing system of the client, identifying for the pain points and performance bottlenecks and coming up with the recommendations to improve SQL Server performance

Project: Pharmacy BI project aims at designing, developing and maintaining the data warehouse as well as reporting solution for Pharmacy chain within Retailer for the purpose of effective analysis and representation of business data for efficient decision making

Responsibilities:
• Designed the data model for Pharmacy data warehouse.
• Created scripts for DB creation and organizing them into file groups etc.
• Developed SQL scripts to enable CDC on some tables to track history of changes and for routine maintenance tasks like DB backup/restore, data purge etc.

• Scoped client business requirements.
• Collected business requirements from users and translated them as technical specs and design docs for development.

All the reports/views for client has to be replicated to show Miniclub data also.

The target users for these reports are company’s business analysts, Departmental Managers & Top Management and these reports are hosted on company’s internal website
