This project is built in Köseköy region in Izmit, on the Kentsa site where Sabancı factories are located. Factory is composed of a chemistry building producing industrial fiber and a textile section that turns the fiber into cord fabric. Tekeli-Sisa Office designed the general site plan, cord fabric factory, administrative and social units and supporting facilities. Office also supervised the construction stage.

Cord fabric factory is a classical weaving facility. 145m x 80m weaving hall is covered with a fairly sloped steel roof with 12m x 26m spans. There's a multi storied latex facility on the east side of the weaving hall.

Administrative and social facilities are designed in a separate building, forming a moderate outer space with the main building at the entrance of the complex.
