It is a process to track the performance of the in-service products based on Reliability analysis using Shop Findings Data. This helps in proactively identifying the in-service products that are experiencing degraded reliability performance.

Project 2: Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC)
This project serves to make up for the lack of DMC data ($/hrs) to support DMC guarantees. The lack of this historical data puts HON at risk in negotiations and to at a loss to increase margins on existing guarantees. It enables the Honeywell Aerospace Reliability team to forecast the Direct Maintenance Cost of Engine Parts. The DMC project also allows a correlation to findings (EIPT) that will allow Reliability analysis to support the increase of profit margins for existing or new DMS agreements. The ultimate objective is to improve profit margin for Repair and Overhaul. Different groups own the responsibility of the Direct Maintenance Cost Guarantee. Following are other features of this project:

Movements will hold the details of movements like ID, Sent By, Sent Date, and Priority, Received By, Received Date etc.
