> To organize the Plant to maximize the production with minimum rejection & re-work.
> Planning of Production Goals, Man Power & Bill of materials.
> Planning of product Machine wise as well as Fixture wise.
> Providing Sheet/Section Nesting to cut the raw Material.
> To ensure and organize before the start of the shifts i.e. the necessary details for production are available for smooth functioning of the shift.
> Overall activities related to new products and modification, correction in the existing products from Customer.
> Material movement from production to final dispatch.
