Bronxville Residence, Bronxville, New York. High end apartment renovation for an Estee Lauder executive.
Acted as Project Architect, Site Supervisor and Project Manager for complete renovation process. Demolition on 75% of the apartment including all bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom. Renovation included new bathroom construction, new kitchen design and installation, hardwood floor revitalization, and cosmetic touch ups throughout.
Wishakan Art Barn, Library and Guest House, North Salem, New York. A 12,000 sf timber-framed private art gallery with a detached rare book library and guest suite.
Hired as the second contractor to manage the construction including the major design change from garage to library/guesthouse. Assumed construction management responsibilities from shell and structural framing. Early troubleshooting of incorrect construction procedures by former contractor were addressed and corrected to ensure finishing on a timely schedule.
Wolf Residence, Car Barn, Sherman, Connecticut. Addition to a stone residence to house the Owner’s cars and support facilities for an ever-expanding garden. Careful attention to detail and problem solving need to complete the construction in restricted site surroundings.
