Directed engineering and technical personnel through the purchase, order, shipping, and installation of 2,451 optical cameras, servers, and NVRs for Thai Airways International Airport in Bangkok, Thailand, ensuring that the project was delivered on time and under budget.

• Sold an additional $1.3 million of hardware to implement the Thai Airways system.

Managed new product development, design, and installation of automated visual inspection tools for IBM ceramic microcircuits leading various engineer teams. Administered the development of the engineering, manufacturing, and delivery schedule for high-speed automated optical inspection tools. Monitored and developed new optical technical opportunities to increase strategic corporate growth and future technical positioning.

• Led the development and on-time delivery of 21 high-speed robotic optical integrated circuit inspection tools with IBM, contributing to an additional award of $12,000,000 in venture-capital funding.

• Developed, implemented, installed and trained IBM personnel in the operation and maintenance of the automated optical wafer inspection systems for IBM’s Micro-Electronics Expansion and Automated Wafer Inspection System.
