PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
My duties ranged from Chemical and instrumental analysis of cements to development new processes, systems monitoring, problem solving and troubleshooting, applying engineering principles to production.
Establish and manage of relations and information share between plant engineers and scientific research institutions.
I have participated in development, introducing and improvement of completely new products as cements with low-water consumption, expansive cements and oil well cement.
Cement quality assurance. BS, ASTM, ISO, GOST, StUk.
Process calculations of thermal dynamics, heat transfer, mass flow.
Cost effectively optimization quality, production, and equipment performance.
Improving of new processes and new equipments. Problem solving.
Save-energy technology of Portland cement, binding materials with low water consumption, expansive cements, cement-polymer compositions, cements with the surface-active additions, modification of structure of cement stone.
Research and development in building materials industry. Improving of new equipments. Improving of new production methods.
Chemistry and structure of Lime, Magnesium, Portland and Special cements, expansive binding materials and calcium oxide based on non-explosive demolition agents.
