I had worked as an Executive in Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Production Dept. at Baddi, Dist-Solan, H.P. [Solid Oral Dosages Form] from November 2009 to August 2010.

JOB PROFILE:

• Daily, weekly Production Planning in Tablet Department from rolling forecast depending upon the availability of raw material & machineries in subsequent department & manpower utilization.

• To complete production schedule as per accepted plan with Quality and optimum utilization of resources.

• Achieve monthly production target through successful execution of daily/monthly plan.

• Impart Training to technicians and staff about cGMP, machineries and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

• Independently handling Batch Operation Process.

• Preparation of BMRs as per MFCs.

• Documentation of various Manufacturing activities, maintaining record’s of log Book in manufacturing cubicle, environmental conditions for air pressure, temperature, relative humidity.

• To maintain the cGMP though out manufacturing activities.

• To follow & maintain safety precaution during working.

• Maintaining good co-ordination with other ancillary departments like QA Dept., Engg Dept, Q.C Dept.

• Take part in scale-up and technology transfer of product manufacturing.

• Take part in process flow of Optimization and Validation Batches.

• Qualification of Area and new Installation Equipments.

• Preparation of SOP’s of General, Operation and Cleaning of equipments.
