EXPERIENCE:

• Currently I am working in Panacea biotec in upstream process development lab as a Junior Research Scientist and working with Biosimilar monoclonal Antibodies and cell based viral vaccines from December2010 to continue(total 4.5years Experience).

• I have Three years eight months experience in upstream process development lab in Zydus Research Center, Ahmedabad as a research Associate and working with different Microbial fermentation and mammalian cell culture(MABS), Hybridoma cell(MABS) from May2007 to December2010

JOB PROFILE:

• Cell maintenance and passaging of CHO cell and Hybridoma cells.

• Fermentation of E.Coli and pichia.

• Media preparation and filtration and sterility testing.

• Handling of 2.0L and 10.0L Bioreactor operation.

• Scale up of Cell culture product (Rituximab) and hybridoma (RabiesMabs) product in 20.0L Bioreactor, wave Bioreactor operation.

• Planning of Bioreactor batches, Data recording and presentation of process development and Knowledge of Stat ease software for DOE.

• Good handling in Analytical field (ELISA, SDS-PAGE).

• Understanding of cGMP and GLP knowledge.

• Costing of media and costing of the product in process development.

• Knowledge of SOP, BPR, TTD, PTD etc.

• Shake Flask and Spinner Flask Experiments.

• Viral vaccine Spinner Flask Experiment with Micro carrier and MOI optimization.

• Cell bank preparation and vial revival of CHO cells, hybridoma cell, microbial cells.

• Having experience in technology transfer batches in cGMP facility.
