Developed and designed product per customer specifications to include plastics, die cast aluminum, and sheet metal; accountable for designing housing for electrical components on a multi million dollar program; components for OEM radio, OnStar, and Honda and Toyota Telematics systems; exposure to plastic radio design for weight improvement. Resulted in deliverables being on time with design concepts, design reviews, and continuous improvement.
Followed design, validate, build, and verify concept in product development; allowed upfront testing and validation for design integrity and approval before production phase of program.
