PROJECT / CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Extensive experience in residential, commercial & industrial construction including construction management and maintenance projects. In addition to this, a venerable knowledge regarding the design, manufacturing and installation of pressure washing equipment has also been gained through vast experience which further includes areas of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiating, purchasing and billing.
Civil construction experience was primarily gained in the South, Mideast and Midwest territories which included underground utilities, layout, site preparation, the installation of massive concrete foundations, steel mills, area paving, multi-level parking garages, parking lots, control rooms, office buildings, administration buildings, wastewater sumps and containment ponds.
All of this experience has contributed to the ability to monitor a project in such a way as to prevent cost overruns while also being able to quickly recognize potential problem areas not revealed as milestones in the project schedules. Furthermore, experience gained in full on-site construction and project management which included working effectively with engineers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, developers and government officials has instilled not only the importance of good customer/client relationships, but also the ability to personally develop these.
Safety on the job-site is also of the utmost importance and vast experience has provided a dedication to the monitoring and fulfillment of safety procedures by employees and sub-contractors alike. This is justified by not one lost time accident occurring on any personally overseen project. Also, a loyal following of workers has been built up over the years and when needed, 20 to 30 can be deployed immediately from civil and piping backgrounds.
