Troubleshot issues (such as incompatibility with specific applications) by analyzing and implementing scanning exceptions/patches or vendor recommendations until resolution.

• Day to day operational support, resolution of windows and messaging support group tickets on Peregrine/Service Center, change control creation, follow-up and implementation.
