CAREER PROFILE
I have a solid military signal intelligence background in a variety of signal intelligence collections methods including electronic warfare, information/knowledge management and intelligence communication systems in order to produce high class analytical work. I am resolute in reaching goals in a productive, timely manner through organisational and analytical skills, whilst working well in a pressured environment. My main experience revolves around military signal intelligence and electronic warfare primarily focused on strategic government collections to exploit data communications in order to assist in visualisation of the operating picture whilst underpinning it with strong analytical skills in producing intelligence summaries, assessments and technical intelligence support. These skills play an integral part in the electronic and intelligence planning of tactical and strategic operations that enable the military to war-fight. I have managed, staffed, budgeted and developed leadership skills to support military organisations and therefore feel comfortable communicating all ideas specific to the task. Recently joined Royal Navy reserves specialist signal intelligence branch in computer to computer exploitation and recently deployed to Afghanistan where I was the information manager for Regional Command South HQ in Kandahar.

INFORMATION/KNOWLEDGE MANAGER
Undertook the duties of colour sergeant major (CSM) for the J2 community inside the RCS HQ setup, where the role was multi tasked around intelligence and information knowledge lead. These roles depended upon my confident ability to run the system administration of the Afghan mission secret network by managing and policing through controlling the security, working practices, intelligence products and producing monthly audits of the J2 departments reportable to the J2 heads of departments. Due to my in-depth knowledge of intelligence methodology I was also tasked to be the Request for Information manager and Wise Web Webmaster. Oversaw the transfer from NATO Wise web to Microsoft Sharepoint 2005 system, this ran in tandem with the work that I had undertaken in improving the system administration. Produced 24 J2 websites in sharepoint domain for the J2 community assets including J2X, CCIRM, CIED, OP REGIONAL TEAMS which vastly improved their information flow to the wider Afghan community. I also developed the RFI process incorporating the MOSS architecture to produce an automated and accountable process for all the RCS HQ and also IJC in Kabul which improved the ability to have real time pertinent information.
I also became the J2 systems trainer for the intelligence systems utilised throughout Afghanistan. I managed, accounted, administrated and taught the training of the J2 systems, which are CIDNE, WEBTAS, NATO INTELLIGENCE TOOL BOX, IGEOSAT, I2 NOTEBOOK. This enhanced the understanding of these products to operators and therefore improved the quality of the intelligence product across ISAF NATO information process..
I also participated in the deep intelligence dive of phase 3 of operation HAMKARI in the shaping process of Kandahar, where I produced the intelligence data for the Intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) for Zhari Phanjwai and Arghandad mission. Based on the work I produced for the seven month journey I received the CO’s coin for outstanding work in Afghanistan.

Working for a prime contractor in the UK/US systems integration programme called Soothsayer for the UK Army and Royal Marines. Tasked to produce credible test documentation, testing and technical support on a multitude of the system’s electronic warfare requirements. Core responsibility is to produce technical transfer documentation based on the certificate of design from the customer’s (JES IPT). Responsible for technical sell off and engineering interoperability of C2Bowman, ensuring that the Lockheed Martin solution is fully compliant with customer and sub-contractors requirements.

I am also responsible for producing the audited documentation of requirements in assisting the technical transfer process. I work closely with the customer through the integration, technical evolution analysis working group to establish correct sell off requirements, protocols and addressing any ambiguous requirements that resolves system level problems. Frequently liaising with all specialist engineers involving safety, security, EMC, human factors to support their requirements in producing the correct documentation in the technical transfer cycle.
I further assisted in the monitoring process of the UK Field trails against the agreed earned plan by ensuring that the program complied with the legality of frequency clearances and intercept procedures as in accordance with RIPA by producing and monitoring testing procedures and scenarios that related to military doctrine performances to enable the lead to identify any performance problems and reporting onto stakeholders

Key objective was the production of scheduling hot fixes on secret and restricted network using Microsoft applications and ensuring the correct virus configurations was updated regular on the network raids.

Dedicated three years services to the cryptological support group at UK main headquarters at Northwood, where I was responsible for the all source analysis to the counter-terrorism unit and Middle-East operations in producing comprehensive intelligence summaries, assessments and analysis to Deputy Chief of Staff Intelligence, OGD facilities and DIS. The posting fully utilised my career developments in leadership, intelligence analysis, tactics, operations, planning, operations security, scenario development and troubleshooting across the intelligence analysis and security management positions.
OPINT ANALYST HMS OCEAN OP TELIC 2003
Team leader for specialised unit to provide operational intelligence to the prime afloat command unit for the operation to liberate Iraq and provide OGD with collection critical to joint UK/US strategic operations. My main responsibility was to provide real-time intelligence to the Commanding Officer and the embarked amphibious operations team with Special Forces. I utilised all the OGD products to produce predictive intelligence analysis to embarked Royal Marine front line assault teams and Special Units.
Secondary key role was to trial a piece of equipment for Navy IPT (electronic warfare) a newly designed directional finding hardware and software from the US Combat system, by producing an in-depth report addressing IPT requirements and suggested key change requests for the system.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER, DIGBY 2000-2003
Responsible for the correct intelligence information, system administration and management of the three OGD wide area networks in support of front line operations, also responsible for the monitoring of all security documentation that supported real time data and security information. I also re-designed the centre’s web pages to a current Web supported protocol. Produced the accredited data security (ADS) document for the whole of the MCIC Digby operations in order to receive 2 eyes web services and near real time communications.
