Preparation and Evaluation of Fast Dissolving Tablets of Glimepiride

In this project fast dissolving tablets of glimepiride were prepared using superdisintegrants.

By the experimental results it was concluded that the superdisintegrants based fast dissolving tablets of Glimepiride would provide quick onset of action without need of water for swallowing or administration.
