I am working as a Sr. Design engineer using Unigraphics design software.

Currently we are handling the project called “Hsd Forwarding Skid”

Project profile:

• HSD FORWARDING SKID : is a Lube oil system. It includes valves(Ball Valves, Pressure relief valves, Needle valves, Gate valves, Globe valves),piping, tubing, oil tank, pipe& tube fittings. It is used for HRSG(Heat recovery steam generators),Gas Turbines etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing the models of the components using Ungraphics design tool

• Preparation of 2D drawings & Conversion of 2D drawings to 3D drawings.

• Assembling all the components.

• Preparing the drafting sheets for each individual component as well as assembly.

• Preparation of bill of materials.

• Checking of models and drawings prepared by the team members.

Project profile:

• Posture maintaining apparatus: Product designing of “Posture maintaining apparatus” using Unigraphics ,making 2D drawings and 3D models.It is mainly used in Hospitals.In this apparatus designing we have used the panto mechanism for getting various heights.
