SUMMARY :
I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. With a proven track record of completing projects in excess of 150 million dollars, on time and with tight budgets. I have completed multi story buildings from the ground up, large civil projects with utility installations. Manufacturing plant 500,000 sq. ft self perform concrete project with flumes, Pits and drain decks. Multiple electrical sub-station installations. High Voltage primary power installations complete with switchgears, transformers and distribution equipment. commercial buildings ground up, individual interior build outs and renovations up to 30 million dollars, Hospital OR room additions at U of M Hospital with med gas and skytron equipment installations. Data Logic Plant Control Room for Detroit Edison and 12 story coal elevator replacement, coal pulverizer installations with grout pads and foundations. Wastewater treatment plant renovations . Chase banks from the ground up. High end mid-rise condo's in downtown Ann Arbor. In short I have been selected by my employers for some very high profile extremely difficult projects. I believe my skill set to be exceptional and could complete any size or type of project I would be assigned to.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
2005-PRESENT General Sr. Superintendent - Cornerstone Building Group Inc.
General Superintendent for all projects, performed trouble shooting and problem solving for other Superintendents, Monitor projects for schedule adherence, process RFI’s,
schedule updates, attend progress meetings with owners and A & E’s, onsite progress meetings with sub-contractors. Implementing and tracking meeting minutes. Processing change orders including estimating, material take offs, processing and reviewing AIA’s for billing. Some tasks also included reviewing submittals; self perform division work (carpentry, concrete). Intermediate skills in Microsoft office programs, Microsoft project and timberline. Monitoring site safety program adherence. Complete SWPPP inspection and maintanence on most projects including documentation of daily events, water management controls and pumps, silt sacks, soil diversion burms, silt fence installations, dust controls, etc...

Lead superintendent on multiple projects, Budget minded and proactive in value engineering to save both time and money on projects. Strong problem solving skills Responsibilities included implementation and processing RFI’S, Schedule updates, open issues logs, implementing construction change directives, quotes for extras, submittal tracking with P.E. , As builts, Coordinate subcontractors, conduct weekly progress meetings with trades on site and A/E and owner meetings. Generate 3 week look- ahead, submitting time sheets for self perform trades on site. Project budget tracking, Review AIA’s for submission of payment with A/E and Project Manager. Processing and quoting change orders. Report to P.M. on overall job status. Quality control and safety program/ training implementation. SWPPP controls.
