Responsible for entitlements, planning, construction, design, for 90,000 acres located primairly in SW Florida and Texas. Responsible for implementation of 10,000 entitled residential units and related mixed-use commercial properties. Founded the company=s construction entity and managed over 50-staff persons related to the company=s land development, management and maintenance activities. Documented savings to the company of over $3Million annualy.

Collier County Planning Commissioner. County Commissioner appointee to 4-year
membership on the county government planning commission. Responsible for implementation and amendments to the County Land Development Code, and Comprehensive Plan during tenure.
