Executive Vice President of Development. Lely Development Corporation, Naples, Florida. Responsible for entitlements, planning, construction, design, for 90,000 acres located primairly in SW Florida and Texas. Responsible for implementation of 10,000 entitled residential units and related mixed-use commercial properties. Founded the company=s construction entity and managed over 50-staff persons related to the company=s land development, management and maintenance activities. Documented savings to the company of over $3Million annualy.

1991 - 1995 (co-terminously with above)

Collier County Planning Commissioner. County Commissioner appointee to 4-year

membership on the county government planning commission. Responsible for implementation and amendments to the County Land Development Code, and Comprehensive Plan during tenure.

1977 - 1988

Principal, Sasaki Associates, Inc. Regional practice manager located in Coral Gables, Florida.

Responsible for all planning and landscape architecture practice areas. Developed the office from a staff of 6 to a staff of 43 including all land development professionals: planners, architects, civil engineers, and landscape architects. Firm headquartered in Watertown, Ma.
