JOB ROLE

• Work with engineering groups as PoC to drive Product Line process improvement initiatives in close sync with the San Diego counterparts

o Improve our customer software documentation, and tasked with identifying and standardizing a set of core product line documents and developing processes for producing these documents.

o Drive some of the core product line release processes without being intrusive on engineering team deadlines and documentation already being produced for customers.

• SCRUM MASTER and project manager for multiple web projects

PROJECTS

• Work with Customer Engineering (CE) team and acting as the project manager for India location in this project that aims to standardize the planning, scheduling, and process for creating and releasing software and related design documents to customers. The role involves working with Tech Pubs SMEs to create new templates for the customer documents, working with CE and Sales team to assess the product lifecycle, freeze the ES and FC dates, monitor progress of related documents capturing the correct chipset design information, work with specific PoCs for each of the high-level features in the chipset, work with target leads to role the phases in the life-cycle, and overall keeping everyone on the same page.

• Work closely with CE team in San Diego for requirements gathering, designing and developing JETS (an online request tracking application that has extended features of performance evaluation of resources affiliated to the job and integrated time card associated with it along with the entire job workflow built in it); creating and maintaining database design solutions for JETS to communciate effectively with existing systems like the CRMDB; migration plan;working on multi-threading concepts and user experience.

• Automating the Release Note and API documentation generation process that has reduced time spent in the final review process by ensuring required approvals come in before the target release date.
