Description: FINOLEX GROUP OF COMPANIES basically provides Electronic Switches and wire products. This is one of the largest companies in providing wire products in India, Which also provides Optical Fibre Cables (OFC) in huge quantities and this has its plant located in Pune. In addition to this, Finolex Group of Companies already tied up with Bharati and Tata Telecom to supply OFC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the functional specification.

• Developing technical specification based on the functional specifications.

• Coding and creation of unit test plans for the objects

Objects Developed:

Reports:

• Developed an interactive report for MM where basic list will contain the material no and material description for the range of maerial no chosen by the user, after clicking on any line of basic list secondary list will contain the material no, industry sector & material type for the material no selected on basic list.

• Updated vendor performance report that lists vendor name materials supplied, planned & actual delivery times, payments terms and prices.

• Developed a report for list of the materials inventory.

BDC:

• Designed and Coded BDC program to migrate Vendor Master Data from legacy system to SAP R/3 database.

• Using Material Master Conversion (MM01) uploaded the material master datas from Legacy System to SAP system by CALL TRANSACTION method.

Scripts/SmartForms:

• The script displays the invoice information from vbrk, vbrp tables based on sales order number and relevant quantity. The amount for the particular item no is taken from konv table.

• Modified the SAP standard layout sets (RVORDER01) with the print program for the picking list, the sales order, delivery note to suite the client requirements.

• Smartform to display the quotation details using SD tables vbak, vbap and kna1 for the relevant sales document, the item, material number, material group, and base unit of measure etc. are taken for the particular customer. The customer’s name, addresses are taken from kna1 table.

ALE/IDOC:

• Involved in sending Material Master Data of message type MATMAS.

• Extended the IDOC’s for new segments in CREAMAS01.

BAPI:

• Developed an interface program to upload the purchase order data to SAP using BAPI_PO_CREATE1.

• Developed an interface program to upload the sales order data to SAP using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.

BADI:

• Implemented BADI’s for PO – Adding new tabs at header & item level of PO.

• Applied a BADI to finding out the Fund centre wise stock details this development is a Validation check which is required while doing the MB1B transfer Posting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Modified interactive report for the list of subcontracting challans.

• Modified Material stock Report i.e. added some fields and deleted movement types.

• Modified stock at sub contract by adding some fields.

• Modifying me1m i.e., Purchasing Info Records per Material Modifying me1m i.e., Purchasing Info Records per Material.

• Switch on line item display By changing master records.

• Modified the report payment of vouchers.

SmartForms:

• Created a new layout set for the challan i.e., for each challan to enter more than one material.

BDC/LSMW:

• Uploaded Sales Order (VA01) details by using session method.

• Migrated Purchase Orders from Legacy System to R/3 System using transaction ME21N by using LSMW Tool.

• Coded a BDC program for purchase order of vendor. Using this BDC all the purchase orders of vendors are converted from legacy system to SAP system.

ALE Configurations:

• Configured ALE settings for sending Material Master Data to SAP. It has included.

1. Generating Partner Profile and Ports.

2. Maintained Message Types and assign them to IDOC types.

BADI:

• Implemented BADI’s for PO for Price Validation.

• Implemented Customer Master BADI, which provides two custom buttons on the customer master, which allows maintenance of customer master data that can not be easily hosted by standard SAP Customer Master
