Duties and Responsibilities:

Checks and receives parts from TMP on the parts sales invoice.

Locate and arrange parts according to their proper and respective location.

Monitor empty location control system.

Assist parts advisor in releasing requested parts from service and walk-in counter.

Check physical quantity of parts in case of computer breakdown.

Properly locate arrived back ordered parts using service rack according to repair order number.

Perform Inventory Control.

Maintain and observe seven storage techniques.

Always observe the 5’ S and Safety First procedure.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.

• Identifying parts and components, thru electronic parts catalog

• Consulting catalogs, like papers catalog / EPC.

• Advising customers for the right parts and its functions.

• Receiving and filing orders from service department and parts counter.

• Invoice preparation for encoding, binning for locating of parts, and

• Arranging dispatch for vendors.

Job Summary:

Responsible for keeping of parts physical stock, for any discrepancy, breakage or damage and lost incurred inside the warehouse. Ensure proper maintenance of the warehouse.
