Overview

O2 is one of the leading telecommunication service providers in UK.

O2 is formed in 1985 as callnet.

O2 environment has disparate OSS/BSS systems that provide core functionality.

There are various applications coming up in O2 environment and these applications require integration with core business systems.

The transformation projects are to replace a majority of OSS/BSS systems with new systems in O2 environment.

The application need integration with both old and new systems and it has to be handled transparently by integration infrastructure.

The main objective of the EAI project is to have seamless integration between the systems and various applications to improve operational efficiency, flexibility, speed of development and to bring runtime agility into environment.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed message flows and message-sets incorporating error handling.

• Analysis of the existing interfaces and development of the business logic using JAVA in message flows.

• Routed message to target application based on filters in mapping documents.

• Conducted unit testing for message flow developed with different cases and created a test plan..

• Used different Domain parsers like XMLNSC, MRM, SOAP.

2.Project Title: Cardinal HealthCare: HealthCare Domain (Medical Business Transformation)

Summary : Working in Cardinal Health Care (Products). Working on integrating different systems and developing different interfaces. Integration also involves Legacy Systems with various other systems.

EAI Enhancement Phase II project is a migration project for the existing alestra application from Web Methods to Web sphere technologies like Message Broker, MQ.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed message flows and message-sets incorporating error handling.

Project Description:

There is a huge amount of information which needs to be entered, stored, and searched thereafter related to large number of employees of a particular organization. This Human Resource Management System reduces the workload of the administration department by automating all the related process electronically. This system not only automates the data entry for employee details such as personal information, past experience details, skills and so on, but also efficiently manages the time/work relation for every employee and the work distribution methods. It generates the payment cheques periodically and corresponding reports for the management. The HRMS can be developed for any organization of any scale.

The manual handling of all HR functions may produce numerous types of problems such as:

• Entering, storing, and searching of employee information manually are time consuming and error prone process.

• The second task which is very important is the time management.

• Calculating salary and making salary slips of large number employees is quite cumbersome.
