I was a Technical Management Professional experience with strong and successful history, while supporting a large desktop platform. Infrastructure support related responsibilities included the management and/or administration of systems, such as Change Control, Infrastructure Connectivity, AT&T Divinity Telephone System, and Workstation Support Management. Excellent skills in Leadership, Public Speaking, Organization, Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, and Outstanding Skills in Leading Teams. Obtained I.T V.P Status, and then retired due to the economy.

PLATFORM ENHANCEMENTS
• Established, coordinated, implemented and maintained a root cause analysis tool with several problem management systems, utilizing metrics to determine the reoccurring incidents. This process is also known as “Pareto Code Analysis”.
• Enhanced upon team morale when joining the Workstation Deployment Team, in areas motivation, empowerment, supporting documentation, and metrics. This contributed toward historical statistics in the reduction of Severity One issues, outstanding trouble reports and error free Production Releases to over 25,000 workstations.

• Managed administrators of the McAfee Anti-virus/Anti-spyware platform of over 42,000 workstations, consistently maintaining a less than 2% variance.
MANAGEMENT
• Successfully managed a Personal Computer platform of over 42,000 workstations and laptops with a “satisfactory” rating within all audit and regulatory investigations.
• Managed the Operating System conversion to Windows NT for over 4,500 workstations, laptops and servers, earning the Citicards Team Award
• Managed and coordinated efforts for the “green screen” conversion to the Windows 3.1 platform.
• Provided an individual contributor and team leadership role for AT&T Information Systems in areas of large business construction of the Premise Distribution System.

Data Management Services Inc. I was a Computer Specialist providing support for a 280 station Windows XP and Active Directory Network. Also support the campus AV and TV network. Assigned to the FAA Training Facility in Palm Coast, Fl. Installed configured and maintain a wireless network of over 20 secure routers. Assist with user training when needed. Dedicated support for DMS Development Team, assist with applications such as Articulate and typical technical forum support. I was also providing Sole Administration of McAfee Enterprise Policy Orchestrator.

. First Coast PC Inc. – Self Employed – I was the owner of an on- site computer support business for residential and business customers.

ONFORCE – I was a Self Employed contractor performing various support roles. Such as Supporting the University of FL Video network, completed a bank conversion and several hardware repairs.
