Nature of Job :

Maintain mud parameters as per G.T.O.Check physical testing of mud like mud density, funnel viscosity, API filtration test, sand content, Ph determination and salinity and also check Rheology of mud like pv,yp, gel -0,gel-10 and percentage of oil, solid and water content by using retort kit. Carried out documentation work, QHSE work and familiar with computer work.

Handled Equipment :

Like shale shaker, solid control equipments like Desander, Mud Cleaner.

DRILLING FLUIDS ENGINEER /MUD ENGINEER MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Responsible for developing & designing different types of drilling fluid systems relating to specific well programs.

* Coordinating and monitoring well site drilling fluid services & operations as per program

* Implementation of HSE standards.

* Execution of drilling fluid technology.

* Execution of jobs, man management, planning & inventory management.

* Ability to handle all operational trouble shootings from mud engineering point of view.

SKILLS:

• Capable of handling independently any type of drilling fluids in Exploratory, Development, Work Over and HTHP wells.

• Proactive in analyzing and decision making i.e. has ability to assess and visualize the problem during the drilling and proactively take the measures to mitigate the problem.

• Can train other Mud Engineer on real time basis.

• Capable of controlling down hole complications like Mud loss, Mud loss with activity, differential sticking etc.

• Handled various Mud engineering software used in the industry.

• Generate regular reports on hydraulics/ hole cleaning data.
