JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the Out-going product (AL Cylinder block and head) Quality at LML as customer representative by,

• Conduct product audit at every dispatch

• Conduct process audit as per schedule

• Monitor daily rejections and initiate corrective actions.

• Monitor process capability for critical characteristics

• Responsible to communicate the customer complaints, initiate the actions against the complaints and ensure the corrective & preventive action

• Prepare CMM reports and send to AL at the time of analyzing, using CMM G90C MODEL 10.10.8.

• Co-ordinate with engineering, project planning and supplier for implementation of product and process changes.

• Prepare monthly report and send to AL management for their review and action

• Participate LML internal improvement activities such as Quality Circle, TPM and 5’s.

• Assembling PC, Software Installation & Trouble Shooting

• Concl: SPM – VMC – HMC

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Reduced customer end rejection PPM from 25000 to 5000 By using QC tools

• Reduced no. of customer complaints from 20 To 4 per month by introduction of Mistake proofing technique

• Reduced cost of poor Quality from Rs.2,20,000 to Rs.1,05,000
