Performed as an Assistant Building Manager and Security Specialist. In this position I operated in a duel capacity. As the assistant to the Building Manager, I performed maintenance on the building as required, processed incoming and out going mail, processed deliveries, performed customer service, took charge of all operations in the absence of the Building Manager and all other duties as assigned. As the Security Specialist I maintained the security of the building by way of video surveillance, physical checks of all floors, observing and checking in all persons entering and exiting the building, filing incident reports, escorting hostiles from the premises and notifying the authorities.

Hired, trained, supervised, and motivated a 20-member team of full and part-time associates with the responsibility for the implementation of all store polices and procedures.
