KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP and core IT services.

• Manage Cisco network switches, firewalls, VPN connectivity, leased lines and remote access.

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for operating systems, applications, printers, VPN and internet connectivity.
