As Section Chief for the TACOM Clothing Services Office “Executive Agent” for Headquarters’ Department of the Army G-4 (HQ DA G-4), I was responsible for 78 Army Military Clothing Stores (AMCSs) worldwide. I provided key statistics to the HQDA G-4, Army Materiel Command (AMC) G-8 and TACOM Business Management Doctorate on programs capabilities and risk assessments throughout the budget Cycles. I analyzed, synchronized and briefed budgets for hiring employees, inventory requirements for initial fielding and sustainment.
