Managing multi-million dollar construction projects requires two opposing skills: the ability to micro-manage the endless details and the ability to maintain the project overview. For more than 25 years I have been doing exactly that, with considerable success. As indicated on the enclosed resume I have managed dozens of projects, ranging from multi-level additions to 160,000+ square foot new-construction department stores. California Based GC, following my last project with Alaine Hirsch they had no projects starting for several months, I Was approached by JRM through people that knew me and were familiar with projects I have done in the past. They brought me in as a Sr. Super and lead super on a project at the Forum Shops L V. The Project was Bucherer, an 18,000 sq. ft. watch store with all high end brands.

As also noted I live in North TX. The reason for leaving was simply to spend time at home and did secure other employment during my absence.
Since my return as a site Superintendent I managed several projects at the Wynn property in Las Vegas NV. As well as a large retail project in Austin TX. The projects worked since my return were. Cotton Citizen, Wynn L V, Aritiza, Austin TX, Mikmoto, Van Cleef and Arpels, Buccellati. All these projects at Wynn LV. Also assisted in the punch list and close out in several other AHCC projects at the Wynn, as well as a small Ro lex temp store located in the Watches of Switzerland space.

A Dallas TX. Based floor covering contractor that specializes in high end flooring materials and clients in residential, big box retail and malls as well as hospitality. Project, Five Star hotel in Houston TX. Where my duties were to insure that the quality of the surfaces were acceptable to receive the quality of stone being installed i.e. the floors and walls being level flat and smooth, rough plumbing and electrical correctly located and several other related details. Followed by checking the quality of J&K Tile work as it relates to the finished product such as the grout joints, color match lippage etc. This was a short term position and personal request by the company owner. This position was supposed to last four months but lasted one year due to additional work requested by the client. Project Superintendent 3/15 to 3/17

A Dallas based general contractor that specializes in city and school type projects. While with this GC, I supervised several school projects from start to finish as well as a project for the city of Denton TX.
Projects completed with this GC consists of two mechanical upgrades for DISD (bond program), two Bistro's placed in two Saginaw high schools, Demo and completely rebuild and remodel the city of Denton TX. Civic center swimming pool complex. Just recently completed for the Rockwall ISD two high school Baseball/Softball complexes, projects consisted of new press boxes, bleachers and shade structures to all four fields. Over saw operations in the planning and interior construction of high end retail locations including new construction, remodeling, and expansions. Managed the interior design and placement of fixtures from start to finish on projects ranging to multiple millions of dollars and lasting as long as two years. Work has included 50+ department stores and a variety of specialty shops nationwide.
Hired and supervised crew, read all blueprints, and directed the construction of perimeter store fixtures, showcases, cabinets, stockroom shelving, buy-out fixtures, and all interior work.
