I am applying for the Lead Fullstack Developer (.NET/React) position. I have been building software since March 2007 and leading development teams since 2010, and the combination of hands-on .NET engineering and team leadership this role calls for is the core of my career. Lean Tech's work with U.S. clients through distributed LATAM teams is a model I am eager to join. My technical foundation is C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs/REST, SQL Server and Entity Framework-style data work, complemented by React, TypeScript and JavaScript. At Genesys Ingeniería, where I have worked since November 2017, I lead software projects end to end with Scrum teams of up to 7 professionals across 7 running in parallel. I also serve as development lead and solution architect for an automated testing platform for web applications built on Selenium, Blazemeter, BrowserStack and Azure DevOps TestLab, and I guide cloud migrations to Azure and AWS.

On the cloud and microservices side, I hold the Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification and have worked with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, API Gateway and ECS. I delivered a cloud image-recognition solution with AWS Rekognition, along with ordering, recruiting, logistics and medical-equipment maintenance systems. Earlier, as Development Lead at Privilege Reward Program (2010–2015), I led the team that designed loyalty and airline ticket reservation systems. My PMP certification (2025) strengthens how I mentor engineers, manage delivery and align technical decisions with business goals.
