August 2015 – August 2017
RHII is the parent company for staffing agencies such as Account Temps, Office Team, Robert Half Technology, and Robert Half Management Consultants. I worked directly for the Chief Information Officer, Kevin White and the Senior Executives to design and develop a sophisticated “matching engine” behind each of the branch websites that allow jobs to be posted to the site with keyword identity profiles and allow candidates to submit their resumes and create their profiles with keyword identifiers that can be matched with available jobs. Implementing this artificial intelligence to create excellent matches to allow our firm to provide the “best” candidates was a game changer in the staffing industry. Outside of the work I did as the project manager of the website(s) development.
After hours, I worked with Kevin White and Dr. Ron Carducci (Psychologist) to build a matching engine for a dating site called “Significant Others” as a small business venture. I used my television production skills to produce the infomercial which was very successful in the launch of the new business.
