• AyurGrroove (healthcare): Designed and delivered the integrations architecture: payments (Razorpay for practitioner subscriptions), messaging (Twilio WhatsApp), and email (SendGrid) across onboarding, account recovery, and consultation-report sharing. Key architectural decision: decoupled clinical delivery from subscription-billing state so consultation flows remain unaffected by billing status.

• Read a Kitab (literary community): Designed and built a custom CMS from scratch: content workflows, role-based admin, and event management for weekly meets, Book of the Month, and hybrid programmes. Backend, admin dashboards, RBAC, secure APIs, and VAPT remediation.

• Held the account for 5 years as a single senior technical accountability point across a 7-platform portfolio spanning telematics, HRMS, employee onboarding, manufacturing visibility, supply chain, and dealer operations across three business units

(Commercial Vehicles, EVs, Passenger Vehicles).

• Delivered a portfolio built on shared foundations (Django, Keycloak SSO, Kong API Gateway, Kubernetes on AWS), enabling consistent identity, integration, and deployment patterns across platforms.

• Ran Agile programme governance across pods and platforms — Scrum ceremonies, Jira-based backlog and sprint tracking, cross- platform dependency mapping, and risk registers reviewed in monthly client governance.

• Held the technical hiring bar and ran architecture governance across pods; coordinated cross-team execution with client engineering leadership, HR, supply chain, plant operations, and dealer channels.

• Ran onsite discovery, deployment, and go-live across multiple client sites, including a commercial-vehicle plant in Lucknow and dealer stockyards.

FleetEdge: Connected-vehicle telematics platform (2021) The OEM's connected-vehicle telematics platform serves approximately 110,000 users across fleet operators, dispatchers, drivers, and dealer channels.

• Owned end-to-end architecture: micro-frontend design, service decomposition, Kubernetes deployment topology, Keycloak SSO, and third-party integrations (Razorpay for payments, SAP for enterprise systems, IoT hardware for vehicle telemetry).

• Scaled concurrent-user capacity from 10K to 40K+ at peak without user-experience degradation; reduced average API latency from 60s to 200ms.

• Restructured delivery into 4 outcome-owned Scrum pods (Support, Feature Development, Vehicle Telemetry, Continuous Improvement), enabling parallel execution, clear ownership boundaries, and Lean reduction of cross-pod handoffs.

• Took over the account after mass attrition (15 of 19 engineers gone); rebuilt the team from 4 to 50 engineers alongside architecture stabilisation, security governance (VAPT remediation with third-party vendor), Jira-based sprint tracking, and hiring cadence.

Portfolio delivered under the account

• Drishti (HRMS): ground-up HRMS for the OEM's full employee population (plant and corporate) on the Django and React ecosystem with Keycloak identity federation and Kong API Gateway.

• Onboarding: redesigned a 6-system, 4–5 day employee onboarding chain into a same-day event-driven pipeline on Kafka and Airflow. Chose open-source Airflow over Power Automate / SSIS (approximately $8,300/year avoided), established SAP HR and Active Directory as golden sources, and introduced a Global ID schema unifying identity across CV, EV, and PV.

• Supply Chain Control Tower: real-time data layer across plants, logistics partners, suppliers, and dealers with rules-based exception routing on SLA. Ran on-site requirements phase at the Lucknow commercial-vehicle plant.

• Scanner App: React Native VIN-scanner app on Keycloak-federated auth, streaming scan events via API Gateway to Django REST on PostgreSQL / AWS RDS. Owned architecture end-to-end and led onsite deployment.

• Digital Platform for Government Transport: multi-tenant re-shaping of the FleetEdge stack for transport service providers and city stakeholders on GCC. Integrated TCU telemetry, on-board safety video, and EV charging infrastructure. RAIT: Responsible AI Assurance Platform (2026)

UK-based Responsible AI assurance platform monitoring up to 15 ethical dimensions and 78+ metrics aligned to major regulatory frameworks. Piloted with UK Home Office; partnered with AWS and Microsoft; engaged with NHS trusts, GDS, and DSIT.
