• Created Purchase Orders in SAP MM against requisitions (PRs) raised by the Service team for fan spare parts, with accurate vendor, material and pricing details, and managed each PO through to receipt.

• Shared POs with 15 vendors, obtained confirmed material-ready dates and followed up regularly to keep orders on schedule.

• Maintained material-wise status comments for every order, from ready date through inspection and dispatch to receipt, keeping order records accurate and up to date.
