MEP Operator – My duties included processing steel in various forms by using an MEP 16 Format machine in accordance with work instructions that resulted in a product that complied with customer specifications. I also performed testing and registered measurements using various devices to ensure the accuracy of sizes of the end product. I used a computer to perform transactions and data entry and completed documentation that served as evidence that work had been performed in accordance with company and customer requirements.

Deburr Operator – My duties included deburring parts as they came off CNC machines, buffer parts using a buffer wheel then move them to the parts washer machine. All parts were then turned in for inspection. I was also responsible for operating the EDM hole popper machine. Daikin/Goodman Manufacturing, 1/30/17 to 6/12/17
Machine Operator - My duties at Daikin included operating the Stamtec 1320 ton press, stacking parts as they came off the conveyor belt, helping in the process of changing over dies, changing over sheet metal coils, moving the bolsters in and out of machines, clean bolsters, die maintenance and troubleshooting. Responsible for operating the machine computer, including loading the new dies into the system, and reporting jobs.
