Worked with Reliance Communications as a Collection Team Manager and handled Reliance Shop and team of 8 members from 05/07/2007 till 28/12/2007.

Worked in Vodafone as a management trainee under Quality (Customer Service) Audit Department as an MBA Intern program from 10/01/2008 till 30/06/2008.

CLIENT’S PROFILE (EW SCRIPPS) :-

EW Scripps is a diverse media concern with interests in Newspaper publishing, broadcasting TV stations, e-commerce, licensing & SYNDICATION. It operated Scripps Howard News service and United Media which is the world wide licensing & SYNDICATION home of peanuts, dilbert, marmaduke and 150 + cartoon features & characters.It works in 14 broadcasting TV stations and 14 other Newspaper Lines of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Handled OTC (Order To Cash) end to end process for Cincinnati (head office) location. It includes daily processing/allocation of Cash/ Checks, Credit Cards, wire payments and payments received via Collection agency or Advertiser/Agency (End customer).

Handled AP business wherein activities includes processing of rush/manual invoices, check run process,EFT pay-cycle check,Escheatment process, vendor creation/modification/certification/re-certification, Quality reports at month end.

Handled GL activities wherein activities includes Preparation of Reconciliations, reports, month end adjustment entries and uploading to the client mainframe as a part of closing activities.

Worked in FP&A business wherein responsible for MIS reporting, preparation of Quality reports for on site team members for VIC calculation (payroll processing), project accounting (project creation/budget updation/investment and project closure as a part of SAP documentation).

Worked in AR business wherein client provides factoring and non-factoring business to GE Healthcare/Energy services/ Life Sciences/ Power & Generation Services/Aviation/GE Corporate/Lighting/Oil & Gas/Energy Connections, activities includes allocating / applying AR customer transactions received in bank statements in Client’s Mainframe for online processing and batching, analyzing/confirming Anti-money laundering checks while performing cash application activities, doing reconciliation of AR accounts and working on preventive measures to stop revenue leakages.

Worked as a Cash Calling debtor in collections profile wherein responsible for making outbound & receiving inbound customer calls to remind them and following up on current,future & past dues, plus, providing them with the statement and working on other requests received from customer/client.

Working in a Company’s Corporate Support Enabling Functions reporting Team handling audit & Compliance related activities as a part Risk & Compliance audit team - Enterprise Risk Function high-end reporting goes to Senior most leadership in the company at CEO/COO/CFO level.

Leading the team while performing month end processing.

Responsible for accurately and timely submission of all Quality trackers – SLA, Error log,attendance & attrition tracker, client governance dashboard,internal management dashboard, EWI tracker,Transaction Monitoring Sheet, Table-F and SOP Audit Sheet.
